Plug in room didn't work and seen a couple of roaches that was a first in any hotel motel establishment

Simple, clean, served the purpose to take my next day flight from Bradley Airport. I missed my flight the previous day. This was simple with an airport shuttle and not bad in the pocket book!

No Diet Dr Pepper in the vending machine!

Staff was excellent.

Cleanliness.

It is a nice place. Clean room and bathroom.

There's no words to say just look at the picture. I said I need another room. They said they didn't have one. I didn't have a choice I was in the streets. I needed a place to stand and that's what I did. I didn't even sit down. I stand till 2 o'clock in the morning, they came knocking on my door and they found a room for me. The next day, my girlfriend called to complain and they gave an attitude and then threatened her. Oh I have your ID and I have a picture of your credit card and all she was saying that she either wanted her money or discount they wouldn't do it. This place is full of roaches.

The place was run down and the smell is nasty

It’s cheap, the location is convenient to the airport, and our room & bathroom were relatively clean. The facility itself is poorly maintained and dirty overall. There are wood trim inside & out, and furniture, that all need refinishing and/or repair. The whole place needs a major painting and patching job. The carpets all need to be shampooed; the one at the top of the staircase nearest the office looks like an army marched through an auto wrecking yard directly onto that carpet… it’s filthy! The table/desk in our room had a broken shelf hanging off it, the heating cover is hanging off, and the air conditioner vents are broken. When we checked in, the desk clerk excused herself and was gone for ten minutes; when we asked what was going on, she said she wanted to check the room and make sure the a/c and tv were working. ??? The bed was lumpy (supposed to be a Queen but I think it was smaller) and the whole place smelled bad. No elevator to the second floor. No basic amenities (tissues in the room, coffee maker, etc.). This is a run down “last resort” for people who can’t get (or afford) a nicer room in a nicer hotel and are desperate!
