Hello check in was fine. Major upgrades should be done. Place is run down. Our room was supposed to be non smoking but when the bathroom fan was on it wreaked of smoke. Old dirty rugs in halls. Vending for only soda no snacks.Paint chipping on ceiling in shower. No clock had the right time in our room. Radio & many places in our room covered in dust.We were disappointed. I knew we weren’t staying at a Hilton. I will not stay at this chain of hotels again. Especially in Windsor Lockes CT when visiting family. Charlotte Tatreau

Location and price

Place was dirty, run down. Refrigerator didn't work and was leaking water all over the floor. The bathroom was gross. The whole place has a funky smell

First room had an awful noise we were luckily moved to another room but it was late at night and we were already for bed. Moving was a pain but better then the noise all night. Not very clean but only slept there for early flight.

"Break from driving. Basic lodgings."

Good enough. Had microwave and fridge. Bed squeaked. Close to eating places. Close to highway. Don't expect breakfast. Clean enough. Plenty of parking. I might stay again if in the area. Quiet location. Don't do what I did and look for country rather than county. GPS found it easily.
