This hotel was amazing for our stay during Lollapalooza! We were walking distance from the festival and food and had plenty to do around the area.

"Great location "

Great location, close to restaurants , shopping , coffee shops and supermarkets . Service was excellent , parking expensive as expected to be in downtown. Unfortunately noise from outside didn’t allow us to sleep well, you can hear almost every car that pass by or police with sirens on . If you are looking to have a good night sleep this is not the right place. We definitely enjoyed our time around but noisy in the room at night was very loud .

Pool cleanliness needs attention. The room doors are old and difficult to shut. The room walls are thin. The complimentary breakfast needs more meat, bagel & cereal options for kids. The complimentary parking and staff were great!
