Brilliant hotel we've stayed 3 times now and booked another 2 visits next year. Good entertainment in the evenings. Very clean spacious rooms. Pool is good and bar area. Staff friendly love this place we worth a visit. Location great for strip. Good short taxi ride to old town

Lovely hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. Great facilities. Plenty of pools as well as access to the beach. On site restaurants and bars aplenty too. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice, even for picky kids. Town is an easy stroll away which is easy enough to do when the weather is fine. Quite a large resort with plenty of facilities all within easy reach- and we were lose to the entrance.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights with my nephew in late october 2024. The hotel was clean, we actually had good service, the pool area was fantastic and the hotel had a great location. However a huge issue we come across was relating to the €100 security deposit. Something i had no prior warning about. My trip was a pre booked holiday through Jet2 and never have i had to pay a security deposit when booked on a package holiday. Id totally understand it if i had booked the hotel privately but as a package holiday with a highly reputable travel company, i didnt expect it. And moreover, Jet2 never informed me of this prior to my trip. I travelled without my bank card purposly as it was the week before payday and knew i wouldnt have funds available and all of my spends was in cash whicg i had saved for a while. When i came to check in i was told it was hotel policy and i wouldnt be allowed to check in without it, so the trouble and embarrasment i had to go through in order to have a family lend me funds so i could pay contactless using my phone was a hassel i certainly could do without. When i checked out i was informed it can take up to 30 days to get the funds back which i find to be totally unrealistic and the process to be unnecessary. The local portugese jet2 rep wasnt helpful either, shrugging it off telling me it was policy

Just back from a week at this hotel and had no complaints. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was lovely, clean, spacious with a comfy bed. The cleaners were great. We stayed b&b and breakfast every morning was great and handy that it lasted until 10:30 if you want a lie in. Breakfast was such a good range from pastries to cereal to fruit to hot fresh food. Food was replenished often. Pool area was lovely and cleaned every day. Pool bar was great and open every day. All staff we came in to contact with were so friendly. Bar on an evening had music entertainment and nice atmosphere. Loads of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby and about 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the strip. This was great for us as wanted to be away from the noise on a night. We didn’t use the safe and didn’t feel like we had to as all our stuff was safe in our room. Our only criticism was the children’s games area could have been better. Overall a great stay and we’ll be back

The Hotel is a well kept and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff are amazing especially the restaurant staff. The young lady that looked after me and my wife was always smiling and very helpful. Although you don't go o holiday to watch TV it would have been nice just to have a couple of English channels for when you are just chilling. There could also have been more evening entertainment but we didn't find it necessary. I will be looking at going back there again that's for sure.

The location is nice because your about a 5 minute walk to the beach one way and the other way next to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Too expensive for the quality of the place. This place isnt super fancy its very average if you just need a bed to sleep in. I felt it was advertised more fancy than it was advertised online. The lady with red hair was very short tempered and rude. its just not that nice of a place in my opinion. Carlos was awesome ! super nice guy - made up for the red head unprofessional woman. NOT CLOSE WALK TO STRIP OR OLD TOWN - just beach and restaurants

Lovely hotel in a quiet area off the strip. Lots of nice eating places nearby.

De ligging van het hotel was prima. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed verzorgd. De inrichting van de studio ietwat oubollig maar in goede staat. Verder een heel mooi hotel.

Good location, good breakfast and service. Rooms are a bit old . Live music in the evenings is old school . Overall, it was a good stay . Hotel takes 100 euro damage deposit yet you have to give another 20 per beach towel - makes no sense . Pool is okay.

Fantastic hotel. Our room was an apartment very spacious with a nice balcony view of the pool area. Breakfast buffet is pay on the day and its worth it (13€) Staff are super friendly and helpful whenever required. The bar/lounge great place to sit n relax. Overall facilities were top quality, would definitely book again.
