Motel Sun Inn

We were a little skeptical when we first arrived, but it was decent inside. The motel had a clean smell throughout and the staff greeted us right away. This was the first hotel that we have stayed where we received an actual key, versus a key card, but it seems they are in the middle of some renovations. The room was clean and spacious, included a fridge, microwave, 32" TV, and free Wi-Fi. As long as your not expecting a 5 star hotel for $70 a night, you should be perfectly happy with your stay at this motel. Especially being 20 minutes from Six Flags!

My view was a fence outside my window. The place was supposed to be in a remodel and was Very Aged. I got what I payed for and won’t stay there again.

Parking is convenient and the building is clean inside and outside. The rooms are comfy and clean and free of smoke smell. The linens smell clean and fresh. The bathrooms are clean and all the white surfaces are white and towels are neatly folded.

As outdated as this place is, you might be concerned, but the sheets were amazingly clean and fresh and the rooms were decent for the price.

The hotel smelled liked bad Curry and the room we stayed in was a horrible cigarette smell to the point where my fiancé and I couldn’t breath. But what can you truly ask for $160 for 2 nights. Overall the trip was fun but would have enjoyed it more if we staid at a different place.

I like that the linens were clean and smelled fresh. I like the room I stayed in because if it’s lighting and patio entrance

A/c worked bed was good. Not great but not bad. Kinda old.

Staff is great, but property is very old one

Very nice, helpful staff. The room was actually kind of large and perfect for our little family. There was a king bed and a full size bed. Everything was very clean. The sheets smelled very clean. The hotel probably needs some updating but it is a roadside motel and was well worth it for the price, service, and cleanliness. It’s also near a beautiful beach and Marina, so I do recommend it.

Terrible. Was not very clean, NO SHOWER CURTAIN!, no water pressure, CIGARETTE burn hole on bedspread, NO COFFEE, smelled like smoke in hallways, thin walls, DO NOT STOP
