"We had a mildly eventful weekend, but overall loved our time and will return"

Amenities. My girls love the pool! It has all you need so you don't even have to leave, but if you do everything is close by!

Our toilet wasn't working properly. Which we ended up having to switch rooms due to flooding from upstairs rooms anyway.

The hotel staff, bellmen, hotel room was excellent. Check-in was very quick. The bellman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean. I wanted to add an extra night but there was a huge group arriving and that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. I will def stay here again.

Construction close to room Too loud. If found in my bed. Waited 25 min in restaurant and left. Ordered food to take to room but the Mgr paid our ticket.
