"Beautiful hotel. Will stay again, but will bring my own drinks to the pool. :)"

We absolutely loved the hotel. The room was so nice, clean and spacious. We were even able to check-in early and enjoy the pool right after we arrived. All of the staff was nice from the people at the front desk to the people in the bars and restaurants.

The pool bar was slow service. It was not crowded on the day that we visited. One of our drinks was not made correctly and we had to return it to have it remade. We also really enjoyed the food but asked for a to-go box from the girl at the pool bar, but she never followed through.

Bugs. I had roaches all in my room and it smelled like old noodles. I left after one crawled up my arm in the bed.

Lovely place - nicest Renaissance we have ever stayed in! Pool looked great but unfortunately weather didn’t cooperate this time. Highly recommend this hotel.
