They have a pending $40 charge on my credit card that they can’t tell me what it is for.

Very Clean

Toilet WAY too low! No ADA compliant rooms offered. No AAA/AARP discounts offered. Room size MUCH more than needed. Missing nightgown not recovered - should have been turned in by room cleaners.

Very clean . Good room amenities friendly staff , very nice pool and gym as well as an available BBQ grill .

Front desk accommodating concerning location of room (I was given a room as far from elevator as possible, but was able to change the next morning).

Toilet WAY too low! ADA compliant rooms not offered. AAA/AARP discount not applied. I had left my nightgown behind when switching rooms, reported it the next morning. It was never recovered. Was told it probably got wrapped up with the rest of the linens and sent to the laundry, Impossible as it was so brightly colored (unless the cleaner was blind). I have done chambermaid work, and know how easy it can be to to just "disappear" an item left in a room by mistake.

Gym.

We were not given the room we had asked for. We asked for a queen suite and we were given a studio. There was no partition/ division between the bedroom and the living space. When we moved our luggage to the room, the floor was not swept and there was dirt in the sinks. We were told to speak to the manager the following day regarding a switch to a different room (the suite we had originally asked for) When we did go the following day we were told the manager was unavailable to till the next day (the day we checked out). At the time of check out, we asked if we could have a later check out time of 2pm. We were given assurance that this was possible. After 12 o clock our room key cards stopped working. We had to go to the desk twice to have the card re-activated.

I do not have a cell phone and the land line in the room was not working. Please do NOT remove or stop providing telephone service.

Clean quiet and well run. Breakfast is fine.
