Perfectly fine hotel for a night as we were in town for my daughter's graduation from Wesleyan. Only 15 minutes from there. There was the 6am fire alarm that required us all to evacuate for a bit but that shouldn't reflect on the hotel, things happen. The breakfast was nice to have and the coffee was good but the food overall was sub par... I wouldn't go for the food but the hotel was fine.

Stayed one night while attending college graduation. Conveniently located right by interstate. Room was clean and large with full kitchen. Electric range and full size fridge. Receptionist was very kind and friendly. Close to West Hartford and Middletown. Would definitely stay in the future.

The location was great it’s close to everything you might need. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and updated. I could bring my dog so huge plus!

"Just ok"

The front desk woman who checked us in was not friendly or welcoming at all. She also did not give us the typical welcome bag even though we are members. Our room was fine except it didn’t look like it had been cleaned too well. The bag for the pull out bed was missing a bottom sheet and comforter. When we went to the desk to get a new one, two other people were doing the same thing because their rooms were missing it too. The breakfast was fine, but the serving area was a small, tight room.

Mindy and all the staff provide excellent customer service and are so welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay here and pet friendly makes it even better.

Wish there was medium roast, Colombian, or Breakfast Blend coffee
