Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la chambre (villa 153 m2 avec piscine)

Restauration très limité et pas la hauteur du prix global (600€ la nuit!!!) Personnel peu aimable et pas très coopératif (pas de possibilité d avoir de conserver la chambre jusqu a 14h… même en ayant payé le prix fort!) L hôtel est loin des centres d intérêt, donc cela engendre l utilisation de taxis…. La plage est assez agitée avec des méduses …

"Dreadful, False Advertising and Unhygienic"

Not sure where to start but this property is far from being a 5 star. If you have genuinely been used to 5 star hotels, it falls short on every possible metric… 1. Location is NOT Hua Hin , it is 35 mins drive from Hua Hin with nothing to do. Taxis cost at least 300 to 500 thb each way . They charge 250 per person if you want to use their shuttle service. 2. The resort has dated rooms , not quite filthy but not at all 5 star. There is some goofy roof carpet , ours had stains and burns. Bad bathroom with tiny sink . 3. We discovered they re-use slippers , as they wanted to charge extra after we disposed of ours . They basically wipe slippers and give it to the next guest. Filthy , disgusting and downright embarrassing behaviour from a supposed (but not actually) 5 star hotel. I still get shudders thinking about it. And also the nerve to hold back my deposit when I disposed of them in disgust is shocking. Shame on this resort .

Disgusting hotel, definitely not a 5 star. They reuse room slippers and give it to the next guest. We had blotches of dirt marks and insisted on them being changed. Don’t get fooled by the pictures. The property looks nothing like the pictures on the website - it’s all AI. Lastly it is a 30 minute drive to HUA HIN - again faslse advertising. There is nothing to do in Cha-am. We could not wait to leave! You can spend a little more and stay in Hua Hin than drive up and down. Also their shuttle service costs more than taxi to go in to town.

Smart hotel. Nice rooms, very friendly staff. Right on the beach.

Prices for drinks at bar were too high. Bar was empty on evening as beach bars 50 m away were far cheaper for drink and food. Lacked atmosphere although there were not many guests who we stayed. Pool was also very cold and only got in twice in 8 days!
