Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin - Cha Am

Very Nice Stay, Nice Room and super nice service. The thing that I like the most is the service everyone gives their all from front desk reception to Cafeteria.

- ที่จอดรถใต้ดินไม่เพียงพอสำหรับแขกที่เข้าพักในช่วงวันเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ หรือวันหยุด - ห้องอาหารราคาค่อนข้างสูง เมื่อเทียบกับรสชาติความอร่อย - อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลาย แต่วันที่เข้าพักเครื่องปิ้งขนมปังไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ รสชาติถือว่าพอกินได้ - ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงจากห้องข้างบนเวลาลากเก้าอี้หรือทำของหล่น

Good service rooms are clean and staff are very nice and friendly breakfast has lots of variety atmosphere is family friendly receptionist Miss Tong and Miss Fon are very polite and helpfull through out our stay.

We arrived late August for our weekend in Hua Hin. We choose Veranda Resort as we always love their exceptional services. The most unique thing about this hotel franchise is the plush inside the room to represent the history of that particular property. Upon arrival, we were greeted by lovely front desk staff. I believe her name is Miss Cream. She help us with checking in and gave the welcome drink to us. We were very curious about the special property plush as we got lovely Squid plush for the property in Pattaya. She informed us that the hotel signature plush is the Crab and it is in our room already. We asked to buy a brand new plush as the souvenir and she is really keen to get them for us. We were assigned to the room on the group floor with garden access. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is well appointed with nice bathtub. The shower and toilet is in the same unit, which is a bit unique. Hotel has a nice swimming pool with close distant to the sea. The sea access is right by the hotel compound and the sand is very clean. There are 2 dining areas, one by the beach and another by the reception. The best feature of this hotel is the toilet near the beachside restaurant. The toilet is built on the pond with beautiful Koi Fish. While you are using toilet. the Koi fishes will swim close to you as the toilet has open air areas that you can see the fishes and pond, while people from outside cannot see you. It is interesting and nice design. The carpark has both underground and open air areas. The hotel also has EV Charging for electric vehicle located by the open air parking with the very reasonable rates. For dinner, we choose in room dining as we found that the garden access room has the outdoor seats and table that suitable for dining while looking at the garden. We ordered salad and drinks for our light dinner. The breakfast in the morning is also excellent. The meal came with good standard. Nice egg station, excellent meal selections. The best menu is the Thai grill pork serve on a stick. The meal is freshly grilled by their cook outside the seating area. Upon departure, we picked up our Crab Plush from the reception and checking out. The service was excellent even the security staff that looking after the parking is very polite and he is very keen to help me with EV charging station. There is also an additional story to this review. We have got a late check out from the hotel at 14.00. I gave credit to the lovely hotel staffs especially Miss Cream. While, we already check out and travel to the city for our sightseeing and planning to have our early dinner in town. My wife found that her sunglass went missing. So, we check at the sightseeing place and unable to find it. We tried our luck by calling the Veranda Hotel (in case, the glass may lost while we checking out). To our surprise, the staff tried to find the glass for us and found out that we dropped it in the dining area. (perhaps she forgot it during her breakfast). The staff asked for our address and said she will post the glass to our home in Bangkok. We were very please but we decided to drove back to the hotel and pick up our sun glass. It may be a minor issue, but for us, we highly appreciate the effort and service of the hotel staffs at this hotel. If you are looking for a place with nice environment, spacious room, excellent service. Then this is the highly recommend place. After all positive aspect, there is a little recommendation for improvement. While the room is beautiful and nicely design. The exhaust fan may need to be install in the toilet and bathroom area in the bedroom. The smell can go through from toilet to the bedroom (while one is using the toilet even the door is properly shut). So, I believe installation of exhaust fan will help with this issue.
