Well maintained in a great location.

Surprised to hear voices so clearly from the next room.

Perfection

Property overall was nice. Conveniently located. Staff seemed very unhappy to be there. However, the restaurant we ate at was very good and servers were friendly.

Great place

It would be nice for them to specify if these rooms are at the Inn or Lodge. They are close walking distance, but the lodge has better amenities. It is purely out of convenience because you can still use lodge facility if staying at the Inn. Beautiful area, great pool/hot tub, food is average, and excited to go back when kids are a little older for some fun on the beautiful mountains.

Fabulous

Public spaces, bar, restaurant and surroundings are beautiful. The pool and hot tub at the Lodge were highlights. Rooms are absolutely fine but decor is dated. Staff varied from charming and proactive (door man, bar tender and wait staff) to curt and unhelpful (both times the person at the front desk).

Amazing place and space. The grounds are beautiful and everything is really well thought out.

Some of the service was inconsistent and Gretchen’s was a bit of a disappointment. I suggest differentiating the restaurants further apart - breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, etc at Gretchen’s vs the Austrian style food at Konditorei
