"First holiday in Italy"

The hotel has pleasant bedrooms, comfortable beds, an excellent restaurant and a good hotel pool. There is a frequent hotel coach in to town which is a great help and convenience. Although it is not a long way, the roads are not suitable for pedestrians. There is a high standard of cleanliness in the hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. We were on a package holding which was good value and comparable to our usual Spanish destinations.

Rooms and property are like the hospital. Bad look. Very old fashioned in bad way. The quality of swimming pool, sun unbrellas, breakfast, cocktail bar, dirty sofas at the reception lounge - horrible. People should not pay so much money for such hotels which need massive renovation as soon as possible! The staff during breakfast was rude and impolite.
