Room was very clean and spacious. Good balcony. Good pool. Good location.

The restaurant facilities for children were very poor. No menu adaptions for small people - they had to order from the a la carte or set menu, which would be ok if there was smaller portion options or adaptations allowed.

We had a pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Vesuvio and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere. The hotel has great potential, and the staff was kind and welcoming.

there are a few things that we believe should be improved, especially considering the hotel standard: No coffee or tea facilities in the room, and not even hot water available. No complimentary bottled water in the room. No tissue box provided. A large full-size mirror in the room would be very useful for guests and families.

Stayed at this hotel in late May and found it to be excellent value for money. We had a balcony room looking over the front of the hotel with spectacular views. The hotel was spotlessly clean and maid service was excellent. The best thing about this hotel was the restaurant and especially the attention from the Head Waiter Jack who was just amazing. The food on the menu changed every night and they had a good selection of wines at reasonable prices. The restaurant was waiter service on 5 days with a buffet on a Thursday and barbecue on a Sunday. The shuttle bus which took you down the 5 minute ride into town was always on time. I previously stayed in town and the price of the hotel was double and would honestly say that The Grand Vesuvios is excellent value. Thanks again to Jack ( Head Restaurant Manager)and all the team who made the trip extra special.

Ingen kaffe/the-faciliteter på værelset. Kedelige engangsbrug-pakninger af syltetøj, i stedet for friske hjemlavede type på morgenbordsbuffet.

员工服务都很好，很热情也有耐心，所有客房服务都特别亲切。房间宽敞舒适，泳池很舒适，花园也很美丽

班车相对而言有一点少，如果不能13:00前到达班车点就要16:30才能有班车到酒店，对入住当天来说不大友好。床铺清洁有瑕疵，希望阳台可以有灯
