Quiet, Clean rooms at affordable prices close to Margao junction Rooms are quite big in comparison other acconodations. Cleanliness is commendable. Hospitality , Staff politeness and friendly behaviour 👍 They upgraded non ac to Ac with no additional cost.

Though property is in prime location but I didnt like the surrounding area. It could be due to its prrsence in Market area. Few may like location but personally I am nit ok with it. Rooms cleanliness, Staff helpful nature, friendly behaviour, cab drop and pickup worth every penny you spent here.

Behaviour of staff was good.

Location near Madgaon railway station and Madgaon market, polite and helpful staff, clean rooms, good wifi

Door locks were a bit of a struggle, had to ask for help from staff to unlock

Romm clearness, but the bath room was due to rain outside.

Staff response, clearness outside room, room locking system lock was damaged. No proper recording of guest detail. No bill offered on checkout.

Overall good place well in budget
