Location looks bit odd but property and rooms looks extra ordinary.. I frequently visit Margao on my business work and visited almost all hotels in margao. This hotel got best rooms located in average location

Location and premises look very old

1. Well supportive helpful and friendly staff. 2. Clean and spacious Rooms 3. Tea and coffee available 4. Hot water anytime day/night(See hotels with hotels for limited hours) 5. Kitchen available for kids 6. Kettle provided on request. 7. Cab services provided upon asking. Visited with family and enjoyed staying here. Kudos to the staff for supporting helping us throughout our stay.

Nothing much except the premises. Very good propertywith good rooms on 3rd floor with lift ruined by the outside premises.
