I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. I felt like I was literally at home. I enjoyed my stay and actually wished I was able to stay longer. Next time I stay over night in Moreno Valley this will be the hotel my family and I will choose.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott hotels and this has to be the worst one. We checked in late and the lady working was not very helpful when checking in because I was confused on what room I had booked and I had asked her if we had two rooms and she said no which was not the case. Then we get to the room and there was urine all over the toilet seat and it was filthy. After that we had to switch rooms at 1am that’s not the nicest convenience. The next day we switched rooms to get a bigger room with two bedrooms and same thing, filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, Cobb webs, dust, dirt, and BLOOD. After checking out we were confused about the charges on our card and called the manager and she was very rude and unhelpful, and very condescending might I add. Other than all of that was not a bad hotel just not a great experience.

Stay was exactly as needed, comfortable, quiet and relaxing.

Although we had reservation, and confirmed email from Expedia, we went to the hotel and they didn’t have any room for us and we had to find another hotel. They said we only have one room for 1 night with double the price. Please follow up on that This is vey inconvenient
