"A nice stay, but please improve customer service."

The room was well cleaned. The location is close to 2 freeways and local shopping centers. The complimentary breakfast was hassle-free.

At check-in, it was easy although when asked for extra linen and towels they were not forthcoming about policies of conservation. We let them know we are a family of 6 and need more than three towels. We constantly need to ask for them twice because they only gave 3 at a time. Needing a card to keep your lights on was a first for us. It would have been nice to be informed about it. Luckily we ask for an extra key beforehand. Keep in mind that we are not frequent guests and understand things change from time to time. Little information goes a long way.

"Excellent Hotel in Great Location"

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a fantastic experience. The hotel appears new, is exceptionally clean, and is well-maintained. We booked a one-bedroom suite with two queen beds, along with an additional room featuring a kitchen and dining area. We also enjoyed complimentary high-speed internet and breakfast. The hotel's location is excellent, being conveniently close to restaurants, a gas station, and even Costco. Overall, we had a 5/5 experience.
