Bluegreen Vacations South Mountain, an Ascend Collection Resort

Everything was excellent but when I checked in I was directed to go to the kiosk to get a tag for my car. I did not appreciate getting a sales pitch & asked to go to some seminar. Maybe a brochure would be better.

Very nice apartment to stay for a week, and a great location within the mountains.

Our stay here was very nice, condo was in good condition other than the oven door not closing tightly, which was fixed by maintainance quickly. Pools and hot tubs were nice. Area is very nice close to beautiful parks to hike and the Kangangus highway was taking on fall colors, they only thing I would change was I wish we booked 2 weeks

There is a lot to like about this resort. The rooms, staff, and location are all outstanding. The amenities are very nice, especially the (free) laundry room and cappuccino machine. Just one little hair in the soup: noise. During the first week of my stay I had a family with kids in the unit above me, and the noise was unbearable. I talked to the front desk about moving to another room but they said they were all booked up and would make a "courtesy call" to the room. That helped for one night, then the noise started again in the morning. I did finally change rooms - to the top floor - and that solved the problem. I didn't hear a peep from my neighbors for the rest of my stay (three weeks).

Our accommodations were five star. We were able to walk to the wedding at the RiverWalk . The bed was very comfortable and the space provided for the one bedroom suite was great!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need — it felt like a home away from home. On top of that, the location is great, offering a perfect starting point for exploring nearby attractions.

Beautiful mountain view with access to local skiing, nature trails, dining, pubs, and other local activities. The room/condo had a pleasant cozy environment. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, jacuzzi tub in bedroom, fireplace living room and 2 atrium doors that lead to a cozy porch overlooking the pool and mountains!

Everything was great. The room was larger than we expected and the staff was so lovely.

Bed could have been a little comfier but it’s only a temporary stay so not that big of a deal.
