Staff is wonderful. I had trouble with the remote controls for TVs. I called the front desk, and a staff member came right away to explain how to use the remote. Nice to know someone is always at the front desk in the lobby 24 hours a day. Wish this facility had an outside hot tub.

The convection over was complicated. No instructions in the room.

The fire alarm went off only in our room in the middle of the night. I have two small children. The front desk was unwilling to assist and advised us we should dismantle the fire alarm ourselves, this was very concerning as it involved lives wires. When I acquired about some sort of refund as we did not sleep at all it was recomnded I reach out to books.com please advise

One thing I think that should be looked at or considered is to have grab rails near the toilets.

Room was big and comfy place is beautiful. Close to everything. Room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The WiFi is free but slow.

didn't like in order to get the parking pass we were forced to get if from salesmen trying to sell us time share. I paid to have a weekend get a way and didn't like the fact that I had to almost demand our pass just so we could just go to our room after a 2hr drive just to get there

Nice hotel room with two bathrooms and big king bed room.
