"March ski trip to Loon."

"Had a huge hiccup on first night but rest of stay was good!"

Have everything to use in the suite to fix own meals and feel comfortable like being at home. Sadly there was no deep soaking tub in the suite. The suite was very big and spacious.

The staff was rude on that first night and refused to acknowledge that I had a reserved an ADA king bed size suite. They gave me smallest suite with double bed and it’s not accessible or not ADA unit. Spent 3-4 hrs arguing with the front desk agents and not being flexible to move me to right type of unit that I booked and paid for. Seems they are trying to put me in less desired unit because I booked via third party booking. That is illegal. I even booked ADA unit in advance. They failed to honor and forced me to stay in undesirable unit on first night. Had to email to the general manager to complain. They violated ADA law. That kind of behavior by these front desk agents are unacceptable. They need to be aware of that reservations being booked for an ADA room and they are required to provide it due to ADA law. Thank you.

The rooms in this resort are top notch! The pool and hot tub are lovely. We did not use the game or exercise room but looked in and could see they were well appointed.

"Toller Aufenthalt in den White Mountains!"

Riesige Familien Suite mit tollem Bad. Sehr nettes Team. Der Concert hatte viele Tipps. Viele nette Basen Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Der Außenpool war sehr klein. Sonst war aber alles wirklich sehr gut.
