The suite was wonderful

Noisy guests, check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. I'm paying for a full day but only getting half. 4 pm check-in is way too late.

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location.

Our room (322) was absolutely terrible. So much noise. Constant banging sounds in all hours of the day and night. It was terrible for sleep and rest. The heater in the living room had a mind of its own. You set it to 72 auto and the next thing you know its on 76. We stayed in a different room last time and it was absolutely perfect.

The one-bedroom studio was very comfortable and clean. The layout was cozy and efficient. The location to Loon Mountain was perfect, which allowed for easy access to ski.

It would have been nice to have more kitchen supplies, like salt and pepper, extra drying towels, etc. Overall, it had the basics we needed.
