The Capital Hotel and Resort Seminyak

I stayed with my best friend to celebrate her birthday, before i was booking with them directly. And only make a hint birthday celebration for my best friend. So they give me suprise with the beautiful decoration with the bed and bath towel. I love how staff are friendly and helpful. The service was nice and breakfast also quiet, nice and clean. I love their rooftop pool.

Thin walls, excessive noise from neighboring rooms, even in normal conversation volume. 5 sleepless nights, only last night was slightly quieter. Called reception twice, security activated twice, still futile. Room change didn't help. Towels were dirty, black, and had bloodstains. Afternoons were quietest as guests were out. Location is good, but soundproofing claims were false. Massage services were skilled, though.

Great hotel, great staff (the cleaning staff are so nice they come to clean the room any time you request), the manager is so friendly, and the location really near from everywhere nice restaurants, cafe and massages , was really good time spending my 11 days at the capital hotel.
