The Capital Hotel and Resort Seminyak

Fantastic place to stay, highly recommend! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Clean rooms, great location, and lovely atmosphere. Can’t recommend this place enough. Have stayed here multiple times and plan to stay plenty more

The location

The rooms were clean and ready when i checked in. The breakfast was amazing. They have 2 pools and gym as well which were super clean. The staf is very kind and helpful. One of the best hospitality is what i hot here. The best part was that it was near to all the clubs and main street in semniyak so you don’t have to travel much for parties and good food!

Do not stay here- rooms are dirty and mouldy. We left once we saw the room. Not safe! The location is good but this is not worth it- many other hotels in this area to choose from.

Very money saving hotels no air cons on in lobby Or foyer always give 2 towels only even if u request more and only ever put one toilet roll word if advice keep your guests comfortable not trying to save money on power and toilet paper

It was near quiet a few restaurants so all within walking distance including laundromat and massage parlours. Kid's loved the swimming pool up the rooftop. It also has a bar at the top. Bed was super comfy and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant downstairs, the food wasn't that great but its super cheap. The place needs abit of cleaning as there were ants crawling on the seats. When showering the water draining ends up becoming a puddle so your using your foot to swipe up and down to drain the water. Booked 2rooms for 5ppl, 2 in 1 and the other 3 in 1. They only provided 2towels for 2ppl in each room so had to keep.asking for another spare towel.

Excellent staff at the front desk, sadly let down by the akwardly low chairs facing the service personel. The rooms are spacious and reasonably well appointed and provide good value but the hotel could be further improved if they were to provide AC for the floor corridors and the lobby. A fresh coat of paint seems to be needed in several places.

The chefs food was AMAZING, the private villas were not located at the hotel and not on Google maps which made it extreamly hard for pick ups or delivery’s.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, relaxing getaway with outstanding service, this hotel is the place to stay, and I had a peaceful night’s sleep. I was also impressed by the stunning views from my room’s window. The staff also very kind, especially Amara and Linda. I’ll definitely be back!
