Majestic Colonial Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Activities were great. Lots of diverse food options. Tried a lot of new foods and drinks.

Food is superb here & the staff is very friendly.

Food options average. Staff was good. Swim up bartender Raul friendly and great service. Overall Service was slow.

What I like about my stay at Majestic is how friendly is the crew and every day they our butler make sure that I am comfortable and happy, the made was also incredible every day she changed the sheets and towels the room was always tidy and the food was also so good thank you to the chef El Varoncito

I stayed here early August and booked early April. Once I arrived the double bed room that was booked was no longer available and we had to get a room with a single queen bed while it was comfortable it was still a last minute inconvenience after being booked months ahead. During our stay, we had a Butler his name was Jacob and he was amazing checked in with us every day with no issues, but we also encountered other staff who seemed hesitant to speak with us and interact with us as African-American women. For example, we went to the pool three out of the four nights that we stayed and none of the days were We provided a pool towel after we asked for one at the towel house, while sitting next to the pool, we observed the man and woman give pool towels to other guest who came after us, and they were of lighter complexion. On night, three I lost my fan in the dining area, and all I ask was for the staff to look around for it or if they had seen the item. No one made an effort to look for the fan or to come back to me and let me know that they attempted to look for the fan and could not find it. If another guest stole the fan, that is OK, but it was the lack of effort the staff showed. There were also staff members at the bar who seemed hesitant to serve us as well while there were good things, cleanliness was good. We will not be booking here again.

Our family really enjoyed the hotel, the staff, the rooms. It was our best family vacation. Top shelf liquor, great food as well. Humoungous pool. Beautiful beach. We will be back!

Staff was very friendly. Restaurants were very accommodating. Enjoted the nightly entertainment and the daytime pool and beach activities.

Hot tubs in room are filthy. Couldn’t get in to relax.
