Majestic Colonial Punta Cana - All Inclusive

The property was fantastic. The beachfront room was incredible. The dining was lackluster, but overall ok. The service was impeccable. Butler was great 👍 I would recommend it to other friends

the staff was nice but constantly asking for reviews made it very weird. some people i had never interacted with the whole trip pestered me my last day for reviews and sadly i never got a birthday celebration after the waiters told me to wait in a few resturants but i noticed other people got nice cakes and sparklers. the bathrooms in the rooms had cracked floors which were dangerous and hair covering the shower heads. when i had the do not disturb sign people would continue knocking and even enter the room to clean it, though i did not want any services. i felt the entertainment throughout the day was lacking and the food in the main buffet was constantly salty. the beach was unusable due to the amounts of seaweed even though they assured me they were cleaning it and for the price paid nothing seemed that worth it i love punta cana but i am not sure if i would return to Majestic

This was a great property. Definitely needs room renovations. The beds were comfy, the service was excellent, the food was NOT good at all but I already had low expectations given that I always hear resort food is bad.

Good property lots to do some of the buildings could use a little maintenance (paint) but other than that everything was great!!! do not hesitate to go here

We had an awesome butler attending us, we would see him around the resort and he would always ask if we need anything or have any questions and he would recommend a lot of things. Very kind and a helpful man, 10/10 experience recommend for anyone

It was very nice rooms and nice staff. Bed was super comfy. Food was amazing.

Property is beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was mediocre. Our favorite was Leandro the bartender at the swim up bar on the club side. We did the Club Level and it was well worth it. We would definitely return.

The resort was really nice and offered a variety of free activities throughout the day, including theater performances, a disco, mixology classes, and more. Unfortunately, I came at a bad time of year since seaweed had taken over the beach, making it unpleasant to swim and giving off a fishy smell during the day due to the large amount of seaweed on the shore. My only complaint was that the jacuzzi in our suite seemed unused for a long time; when we tried to use it, buildup came out of the pipes, which was a big turn-off and made us not want to use it again.
