We were very welcomed.

It was great besides the food which wasn’t the tastiest or the cleaniest (found a fly in it once) and also cockroaches in the rooms. Also would like more vegetarian options

I really wasn’t informed about what was available for me in this VIP section.

Amazing resort! Beautiful grounds, plentiful drinks, amazing staff. Highly recommend!!

Excelente comida, muy limpio y muy atentos los empleados.

The restaurant and buffet are excellent the room service not that good. The bed was comfortable but my room smelled humid and like a storage ai don’t believe was clean before arrival cause didn’t smell good at all. My sister room smelled clean they did clean her room but not mine.housekeeping not trynna clean the room neither restock my minibar daily. I called several time to get bathrobes not luck so have to walk to ask for them just to have them delivered later on whit out way to tide the robes smh just ridiculous. My sister birthday was the next day we arrive she asked for the ribbon of happy bit for her door never got done… definitely Guess services can do better!! Same w housekeeping. After a hour waiting for check in the tv on the room didn’t work was the remote wasn’t working but if they actually clean the room before and check out the room they would’ve know that!.

The staff is very nice and friendly. This resort offers an excellent service.
