Majestic Colonial Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Great and friendly staff, excellent service

They change my kids three times room because once the air condition was broken and the other room, it was leaking in the ceiling leaking water

This is the worst punta cana hotel I’ve been. No electricity in the rooms, safety boxes didn’t work, hair all over and dirty floor, mold all over, broken bathroom vanity, roaches crawling in the bathroom floor, stained beds, broken locks on electrical panels around the property. Horrible food, angry behavior from the staff members and worst customer service ever. I booked 4 rooms some under my name, my son and my girlfriend and took 11 family members with me to this horrible place, we arrived at the hotel around 2pm and the rooms were ready around 4pm, no electricity in one of the rooms, only one safe box worked “very convenient” because someone stole more than $400 dollars from our room, staff always angry, unhappy and very rude ( including customer services managers), called multiple time to report the issues, we went personally to the customer service office to address the issues, manager told us to come back later because she have to leave to an appointment. This hotel wasn’t cheap, we followed the reviews online before booking, but nothing was like in the reviews. What a nightmare!!! Don’t go there. I reported all of the issues to the hotel customer service manager, their solution was to give us one different room for the one with the broken vanity and investigate the people that entered in the room where the money was stolen, on the fourth day, a manager called me to tell me that they want to check my luggage with security guard. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

The food could be better . And it’s getting the face lift need it as I write this . The service was outstanding.

Food and drink options were very good. Room was nice. Staff was good, but some stood out more than. Others. Leandro at the Club pool bar. Hisider waitress at the Taino’s. These 2 were fantastic! Above and beyond everyone else.

Had fun experiences at the hotel!

I loved the outside appearance of the resort. It was beautiful. However, the room was nice but outdated.

Good place to stay

This is my second time visiting this resort. We loved it the first time, we wanted to visit it a second time. This time around, a little disappointed. The resort is starting renovations this upcoming weekend. You would of thought they were doing them while we were there. Middle of the week, japanese and mexican restaurants closed. We didn’t get to enjoy. In the bars, they started cleaning and removing items making it look bare. The seaweed was bad. Not the resorts problem, but also just another disappointment. We wished they would of actually waited until the weekend to start renovations and let the ones on vacation enjoy their time. Besides that, we made the best of it and still had a great time. Food, drinks, staff and overall atmosphere is outstanding.
