Majestic Colonial Punta Cana - All Inclusive

It was a good stay. The only thing I would complain about is the A/C. It’s very hot to sleep there. Besides that, great place overall! Staff was the best.

Most of the staff was very professional and polite. The grounds are very large, so bring comfy shoes! The pools were excellent.

We had the worst experience. They put us in a room with not one but two cockroaches and no wall of privacy for the bathroom. There was also a powerful smell of sewage from the massive heaps of algae and Seaweed laying on the beach (so don’t even think about using the beach). After I filed a complaint, they switched the room to a slightly better one, but after two nights the smell continued. At the end of the stay, housekeeping stole hundreds of dollars from our wallets. The hold told us that they can’t do anything because i didn’t put them in the safe. . I highly recommend staying somewhere else .

We arrived and upgraded to mirage !!! I have visited multiple times all 3 resorts , they never miss a beat ! Jose Our butler amazing and Luis at the pool 4 and sometimes 5 bar , have been the highlight of trip . Already booked for October 😘home away from home

The entertainers and all the service staff was amazing. The food was delicious and proximity to beach is great.
