Majestic Colonial Punta Cana - All Inclusive

I was a good resort

We enjoy all the property, the large pool, the restaurants atmospheres. the staff was amazing, at restaurants and entertaiment.

I liked the rooms with hot tub on the patio. The food was good staff excellent only one thing it is hard to communicate with the staff. They speak very little to no English

The rooms are a little dated, but the staff is out of this world. Great drinks, great food menu, and the foam party and other things they did were amazing. Club, late night fast food, everything was fantastic

The food was actually pretty good at all the restaurants. My bed was comfortable and I was able to get a good nights rest without waking up and my back hurting. I would have given a five star rating until I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and it was infested with roaches. I panicked and grabbed up all my Items on the counter and in the closet. I could not go back to sleep. That was our last night there. We had a different room before but they switched us to due to the air conditioning not working properly. Then we were switched to the roach motel. 😩

I will like put signs no smoking , especial inside in the bars lobby customers seat at bar smoking next to the order don’t smoke, my self I have asma ?? I don’t smoke , need more informe about it my concern thanks
