Perfect place to stay every beautiful

There was zero kosher or halal food option. Also there wasn’t even one humus plate at the 6 restaurants. Madeline and Oscar at the Le Gourmet restaurant reception were rude

The Butler found us every day and asked if we needed anything or what could make our stay better. The couple minor items he took care of quickly.

Our family trip to the Majestic Colonial was filled with great moments and a few minor setbacks, but overall, it was a solid experience. ✅ Highlights • Food: Consistently good across the board. Plenty of variety and well-prepared meals. • Staff: Friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Special shoutout to Marino, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. • Spa: Absolutely incredible. Peaceful, professional, and worth every penny—easily a 5 out of 5 experience. 🛏️ Room • Clean and spacious, but a bit outdated in terms of decor and amenities. Still comfortable, just not modern. 🌴 Beach & Pool • Beach: Unfortunately, seaweed made it difficult to enjoy the shoreline during our stay. • Pool: Beautiful and well-maintained, but closing at 6 PM felt early—especially when the evenings are perfect for a swim. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Atmosphere • The children’s vibe was a little off at times, but nothing that disrupted the overall experience. The resort still felt welcoming and safe for families. Final Thoughts Majestic Colonial delivers on service, food, and relaxation. With a few updates to the rooms and extended pool hours, it could easily be a five-star stay. Would recommend for families, couples, and spa lovers looking for a warm, accommodating resort.

This was a very vibrant and active all inclusive resort. Most employees were super friendly and welcoming but all were at least helpful. The locations for food around the resort was reasonable as were the times food was served. There was always food available if you needed it. Bottled water was delivered to your room once a day at minimum. We had housekeeping every morning with a turn down service at night. We tipped housekeeping every day so that might have been why there was a turn down added. We never felt obligated to tip but it did seem appreciated. There was ample room to find pool chairs many places along the extensive pool. The drinks were poured “well” and the selection was great. There were definitely louder areas of the resort but several quieter/wind down places were easy to find. The rooms were so nice and spacious, the air conditioning was great. I would recommend not visiting the “street market vendors” that set up there on occasion as they are very expensive and extremely pushy. Nothing at this market was particularly unique nor traditionally handmade as I was hoping for. I would recommend this resort to my friends and family.

Cuando llegamos, nos ofrecieron llevarnos las maletas al cuarto, pero le dijimos que no ya q estamos en un país diferente y pues...no me gusta dejar mis pertenecías nadie...el chico se molestó (cosa q nos dimos cuenta). El check in fue bastante rápido y el señor q nos atendió nos explicó todas la amenidades del hotel y donde se encontraban. El cuarto es bastante espacioso, ducha super cómoda con todo lo necesario. El lugar del excusado, demasiado pequeño para personas d estatura alta como yo. Me encantaron las toallas suaves y super grandes! Todo estaba muy limpio. El closet super grande! Había una pequeña y cómoda tabla d planchar y la plancha super! El cuarto muy espacioso al igual q el balcón con vista a la piscina, pero lo mejor fueron la cama y las almohadas!!! Nunca había estado en un hotel con una cama y almohadas tan cómodas!!! Le doy 4 estrellas pq el aire acondicionado no servía y aunque llamamos y fueron a arreglarlo (no sabría decir si fueron o no pq no estábamos en la habitación), pero no enfriaba. Tuvimos que pedir q nos llevarán un abanico para no tener q cambiar d cuarto, pero el q nos llevaron estaba super sucio cubierto d polvo q ni las aspas del abanico se veían! Fue muy desagradable q nos llevábamos algo tan sucio! Volvimos a llamar, le dijimos y nos trajeron otro...menos sucio! Tengo q mencionar que las mujeres q trabajan en el hotel, TODAS super amables y dispuestas a servir en lo q estaba a su alcance, pero el 98% d los hombres, unos malcriados, a

My butler first of all was great (juan) he was really helpful and kind. My room was so pretty! And they made it really nice for my birthday stay the hot food was great from what i tasted and i loved the pools and the bar staff there was this one bartender i wish i woulc remember his name but he had great energy! I would love to go back one of these days!
