This hotel charged twice for my accommodation, claiming that first transaction didn't go through

It's a creepy hotel, the bathroom is very unhygienic. Multiple long hairs of the previous visitors on the floor.. The shower was to nasty to take without flipflops. The fitness was closed due to unclear reasons and the swimming pool was very cold and an unconformable atmosphere. Staff was unfriendly, we skipped breakfast since we were not confident of any good. The rooms and the public areas are allowed smoking so very smelly. There was a big cockroach in the lobby.... I paid 65 euro for something that I should have cancelled if possible.

The staff especially the girl at reception are so friendly and humble.

The food from room service quality didn't meet my expectation especially with the price i paid for a chicken sandwich.

I would rate this hotel below 0 if I could. The gym was out of order and not working as was the swimming pool, 2 main features as to why I booked the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of no where, impossible to get a cab or public transport so you are stuck. I lost over £300 as I checked out 3 days early. I sent 2 emails to the hotel management team asking for a refund but no response. If the hotel amenities are not working, it’s it’s very wrong to advertise your hotel as having these facilities and should be taken off until repaired. This was so disappointing, it really made my holiday terrible. At least management could have responded to my email.

I like everything it's a amazing experience

I had to spend one night at Casablance during my travel and definitely don't regret picking Zenith for my stay. The room is beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was a great variety in their breakfast buffet and all the food was really fresh. I was honestly surprised as the hotel went beyond my expectations, i could really feel the care and attention of the staff.

- No message response to any questions made on booking - We had 5 rooms and all of them were terrible! Broken furniture pieces, mattresses hard like rocks, hairs in bed and shower, broken bathroom doors which you couldn’t open or close anymore, super old rooms, marks and scratches on the walls, floor, ceiling and beds - One of our rooms had bedbugs and the 2 guests were full with stitches. Had to bring their bags and clothes to a dry cleaner - We have actually ordered breakfast before but only for 1 morning because it was the same as the rest of the hotel: at 9am only some vegetables, fruits, coffee and cooked eggs. If you ask for more they say they started already at 6am… Staff in a bad mood with angry faces. Bread from the day before and very dry…. And that for 10€ per person?! The next morning we went to another restaurant outside in the city - The receptionist told us to get the breakfast for free if we leave a nice review We totally don’t recommend this place, especially if you pay 70€ per night for each room without breakfast included! There are much better options!!!
