large rooms with a comfortable bed and good internet connection

the breakfast was very average…no fruits, cheap industrial pastry, little to no vegan options

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel to begin with upon entering the hotel there were a lot people drinking alcohol and girls were sitting on top of the guys and were talking loudly. the front desk receptionist was rude they give me one key for the room and did not working properly I went back downstairs to tell them and they were rude and they give me new key .the new key also did not work and I have to go back downstairs again upon finally entering the room there was only one towel .the worst part was around 6:00am there were loud noises coming from the roof that woke me up and we could not go back to sleep .I would not be returning to this hotel.

The front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. Very accommodating, professional, and friendly.

The pool/spa/gym were all closed. Ramadan had just ended, so I should have checked. However, I would not have booked this property otherwise.

there nothing much to like since the actual is very different from the photos posted in booking.com

AC is not working , key card does not work. Every time has to go reception. always asking for money rather than giving a good service . made alot if requests regarding AC but never was attended.
