Good location and the food was nice.

My bathroom had a broken door handle with very sharp edges that could cause injuries. I reported this to the receptionists three times but nothing was done about it. We had to be very careful when using the toilet. I would say the hotel management doesn’t seem to take health and safety seriously.

Personnel d’animation, de chambre, le photographe, les serveurs du restaurant, très aimable et serviable, mais par contre les agents d’accueil et les « responsables » de bars et chicha, comportement à revoir avec les clients. Pas de bonjour au retour, pas de politesse tous simplement et un sens de la clientèle à revoir

Les tous inclus n’est enfaite que les repas, coca à 3€, bouteil d’eau également à payé à chaque repas. Et quand c’est des soirées « spécial » du genre un match de foot sur écran tous pixelisé la bouteille d’eau est à 10€ ! Vous ne pouvez pas regarder la soirée de l’hôtel si vous ne consommé pas au moins deux verres De plus la fenêtre de notre chambre était cassé depuis le début, j’ai dû réclamer tous les jours pour la réparer sans bien sûr que ma demande soit pris en compte donc nous sommes restés avec une fenêtre cassé au rdc pdt 8 jours.. et quand nous parlons du risque de vol on nous informe qu’il y a une caméra devant la fenêtre, merci pour l’intimité
