Club Wyndham Sedona

Felt very homey and comfortable. Good location near Safeway.

Loved my stay here. These are basically small condos/time share units that are the perfect vacation getaway. Location is West Sedona, close to all the beautiful trails with a view. Very quiet. Staff make this beyond a five star experience. They text you about check in and are always available. A great synergy between them- you can tell they enjoy their team and their customers. Great COVID measures. Enjoyed booking jacuzzi to myself after long day of hiking. While there are older furnishings- bed is very comfortable and the all important pillows are excellent. The kitchen has everything you need. Great stay! Highly recommended!

Such a great room for an amazing price.

Terrible WiFi

Our room and the property itself was very clean and well maintained. (Construction was going on in a unit across the way from us.) The unit that we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious and had some beautiful views from the bedrooms. However, there was a large tree directly in front of the balcony of our unit that blocked a lot of natural light and made the balcony seem cave-like. The only negatives were: 1. During check in a nice lady kept trying to get us to buy packages/coupons/experiences when all we wanted to do was get our keys and get to our room. (This should be an optional available service, not a mandatory and awkward conversation.) 2. Due to COVID-19 the pool and hot tub hours were significantly cut back from what was advertised during booking, and could only be used by making a reservation when checking in. We were not able to use the hot tub in the evenings during our stay because it was always booked up - this was a real bummer. But otherwise - it was a very nice stay.

This property was fantastic for our family. Our two bedroom was large and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The pool area was as well. The location was very close to uptown Sedona. Too far to walk, but very close.

Dated units in need of a facelift, especially the interior. Some units located next to noisy commercial businesses. Some units located adjacent to multiple noisy A/C condenser units.

Overall great experience! And the best part of the stay with Wyndham was at the check-in, Rachel was full of helpful knowledge about what trails I should take as well as letting me know where to eat, after asking me What I Liked!

It was a perfect location for our visit. The condo suite was extremely clean and had all the necessities you would need for your stay. Front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. We did miss not walking the herb garden. Maybe our next trip.

I was a little put off but the lack of customer service at the front desk. After checking we of course went to our suite to get settled but our key didn’t work. Was a little aggravated but sometimes this happens but when we had to go back the second and third time was very disappointing. The third time back to the front desk my husband actually had to request a different room because the front desk attendant told us we would have to wait for maintenance to get done with the trash and could take up to 30 minutes for someone to look at it. My husband just asked for a different suite so we wouldn’t have to wait. What I don’t understand is why the front desk attendant didn’t suggest this in the first place. That more less set the tone for our stay, was not very good customer service. Then after my husband showered in the morning and hung his towel up, the towel holder fell off the wall.
