"Enjoyed stay"

Tile floors were gritty with dirt. Overall unit was decent. Late checkout procedures were not good. We were given an hour which really disrupted our final day. Overall really good experience though.

It was great experience. The unit was spacious, updated, great kitchen appliances. It was a great unit for the 5 of us. We enjoyed pool and sauna as well, it was delightful

"Timeshare advertised as hotel"

I booked through Hotels.com. And advertised as a hotel. No mention of being a timeshare...your timeshare owners evidently can rent. Big minus—hit obnoxiously hard (their job) with attending a presentation. We were on vacation. Did not want any part of it. Also, if owners rent, should make clear NO housekeeping. Place was nice but to start off with an irrational was a bummer. Maybe work with Hotels.com to make all this clear! Also, although we were aware no elevators to second level, access thru the back was inconvenient and dark.
