Days Inn by Wyndham Houston East

Before we could get to the room we were made to move our vehicle after we had already unloaded to the back of the property. They are currently undergoing a painting so there’s plastic on the windows. There was this large blackish chair that was peeling and gross while taking up way too much room. There’s some mate in the tub (didn't seem hygienic). We didn’t check in until almost 11:30p the front desk called our room waking us up (including our two year old) at 5am telling us we needed to move our car so they could start painting again. We had to advise that we didn’t have a car and it’s all the way in the back with all the other vehicles. At this point we start packing to leave when a roach crawls on the mirror. This was one of worst experiences please don’t do it to yourself.

Nothing was great because it reservation that was made 1 month in advance was cancelled the day of check-in.

My reservation was cancelled hours before check-in. The staff started they talked to me, which was a lie. The story why my room was cancelled was not adding up.

Couldnt stay there due to power outage. Have had no refund and no response
