Stairs to get to second level are incredibly dangerous.Comforters seemed very old, same with carpet. Exhaust fan very dirty. Old receipts found next to end table so clearly not cleaned.

They left a key outside for room 251 and the key didn’t open my room at all

Close to NP entrance but rooms are old and smelled. Tried to open windows but none had screens. The carpet is rolling up everywhere and a trip hazard. Specifically booked here because I needed a fridge. Asked at the front desk and they said yes. Fridge was broken though and we lost all of our cold items because of it. There were no other fridges available. Expensive for what you get. I’d like to contact the manager.

Beds are paper thin and rock hard. Doors don’t fit closed so bugs can crawl in under them. Staff was nice and it was the cheapest stay in town, but you get what you pay for.

The mattresses on the beds were very old and the A/C did not work

Things are clean but old. Window glass was cracked and held by duck tape. Air dryer was edge-melted. No coffee, microwave or fridge in room. Need to go to the office where there were one kettle of coffee and a small microwave. But they do the job of keeping you alright for one night.

Great cheap stay in West Yellowstone, walkable to restaurants and stores, near to the West Entrance.
