Would not stay there again

Not a bad place to stay. Close to Yellowstone & shopping. A little run down. Hugh bathroom

The property is a little older and the parking is really tight, but everything is clean and well maintained. The gentleman working the desk was prompt, polite, and efficient. It's right on the main street through town, right outside the west entrance to Yellowstone, so very convenient. We walked to the shops and restaurants.

I looked online for an affordable place with a pool to stay. After I booked it and we were settled in I asked where the pool is? They said what pool? I said online it shows you have a pool.The beds are not comfortable and the shower head gets more water on the ceiling and floor than the person showering. It was better than sleeping in a car but not much.

Room was really run down and outdated!Outlets, blow dryer, air conditioner did not work. I know staff was aware because they had a power cord in the room. Smoke/fire alarm was missing. The shower faucet was loose and the floorboard in the bathroom was gone. Horrible hotel!

This is an easy one star rating. The room was small and the furniture was very limited: we didn’t have enough furniture space to put our belongings. The description on Expedia was misleading: photos and descriptions showed microwave ovens and fridges but the room in fact had none. The AC was super loud and the heater emitted a strong smoky ordor that made me unable to sleep. We asked to change the room and got mixed responses from the staffs where one said it might be possible and another just declined it. To sum up, if you can, don’t book this place.

The property was in need of repairs, The bathroom vent and smoke detector were both missing. The air conditioner did work to cool the room, but not the bathroom. The Tv signal was not reliable enough to watch a show and motel parking is very cramped. The main thing this property has as a positive is the location for going into Yellowstone park and convenience for walking to restaurants and stores in West Yellowstone.

Good place to stay
