Accommodating

The room was not clean, the sheets had sand or something in them, the bed was hard and horrible. The shower head was like razor blades on your skin. The curtains were missing hooks and would not close. The frint desk person said nothing they could do to fix the curtains...but not to worry about our privacy because it was a safe town. They refused to give me contact information for the property manager or when the manager was going to be working next. They had an open outlet with exposed wires this place is very rundown and needing a lot of repairs the parking is horrible by our room area you had to back out onto the main street if the parking lot was full because it's only one way parking and there's no room to turn around.

Heater didn’t function correctly, no extra blankets available. Used bath towels to add warmth overnight!

The guy in office was so unfriendly and made you feel uncomfortable. The room was old but could use updates and seemed clean at least. The smoke alarm was missing from the ceiling which seemed weird

Room was supposed to be 2 queens but instead the room had a double and a queen. When I talked to the staff they were unwilling to do anything about it. Another front desk staffer couldn’t understand English well enough to get another wash cloth for us. We will not be staying here again.

Very low budget

Room was old, but generally clean. Bed was ok comfort-wise.

proximity to park entrance is what I was looking for but just about anything in West Yellowstone is just outside the gate.

Bed was awful. No fridge.No micowave. Shower curtain stiff and huge. Had to stand on it in the shower.

It was fine for our one night stay, but I wouldn’t want an extended stay here. While it’s not overtly dirty, the “behind” areas, like behind the microwave, behind the mini fridge, and the baseboards are dusty. My allergies weren’t happy. I will say, I am impressed at the size of the mini fridge!
