Please note that the hotel is located in a National Park. Private cars are not allowed in the park area. There is a free shuttle service between the hotel and the park entrance available 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes from 7am to midnight. A private transfer can also be arranged. The entrance fee to the National Park is already included in the daily rate. For more information, please contact the property. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. When booking more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
