Sky Tree Hotel by New World Hospitality

The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. They have a full size refrigerator and stove top. Incredible view of the city. There is an Aeon convenience store attached to the building, which had everything I needed. Excellent choice for a business traveler on an extended stay. The breakfast provided was excellent. It is all asian choices only. So travelers from the west need to be aware of that.

I think this would be the my main suggestion for improvement. The hot water for the shower only last for a short time, between 2-5 minutes. The gym equipment machines were falling apart. However they had a nice selection of weights.

There are a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

Huge rooms with beautifully designed bathrooms for an apartment. But this is no hotel suite. Fantastic views over the city. Quiet and great parking for all vehicles.

There are no finishing touches. Bare walls and no homely touches. Large wardrobes but no hangers. Coffee facilities are great, but no cups and spoons. It almost feels like it’s missing a woman’s touch to detail or a hotel manager who has worked in the role at a franchised hotel. It could be really nice, but needs to define what the hotel/residence wants to be.

Hotel was kept very tidy and clean, staff were very kind and helpful. Srey Leak helped us with our checkin and was very flexible

Only problem was the lack of hot water in my shower, but it wasn’t too bad as I liked having the cold showers

Hotel has a weird vibe. Pictures doesn’t match what they have advertised. No iron in room. TV in Chinese and nothing works. Towels smells like perfume. Shoe prints on bedroom floor. Stains on couch. No hanger or bathrobe in closet. We tried to check out next morning and they didn’t honor it. Upgraded us to the same room with an extra balcony. Gym is not done. Construction going on. Management was rude to workers. Found out someone committed suicide from the balcony. Turned out it was the room they upgraded us to. The whole 26th floor is not rented out to anyone. The manager set us to get haunted, but nothing happened. I do not recommend this hotel. Stay away.
