This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property cannot accommodate groups of over 8 people (max 3 apartment). Group Policy: Bookings with 3 apartments will be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit within 24 hours of booking. The property does not accept large groups. stag or hen parties or similar parties. Alternative car parking is available at the nearby NCP car park. The cost of parking here is approximately GBP 18 per 24 hours with a discount voucher. Please note that this property does not have a lift.

Proximity

The sofa bed was in waves, the top and bottom were lower than the middle and this lead to a terrible sleep. I wouldnโ€™t recommend sleeping on the sofa.

"Close to York attractions"

Location and on site parking great. Key pick up from nearby hotel went smoothly. Clean. Furniture/equipment a bit tired.

Some equipment didn't work - need extractor fan in bathroom, wrong frying pan for induction hob, pillows low quality. Quite noisy.

"Great location, clean and free parking."

Central location, very clean and comfortable rooms. No messing collecting the keys. The property has free parking which is a big bonus for me. This is the second time we have stayed and we will be booking again for next time.

"Needs some maintenance"

Great location, free parking, two good size bedrooms and comfortable sitting area.

Extractor fan in bathroom wasn't working, making a shower a very steamy experience in the heatwave. Floor in the living room/kitchen was very poor condition (sliding boards, broken corners). Windows wouldn't open more than a couple of cm because of the wooden blinds.
