The jacuzzi tub didn’t work and it was kind of the whole reason I chose this hotel when there was a beachfront option available for the same price

The staff was exceptional. Professional and friendly. An easy walk to the beach.

We were booked into room 110. Outside of our room was a bright outdoor light which lit up the area including our room. I went to close the drapes, but the heavy drapes were stationary, the only window coverings were light almost sheer curtains. Therefore, I had to try to sleep with this twilight lighting beaming into our room and this prevented me from getting a restful night’s sleep. Also, the bathroom layout was the worst I've ever encountered. It was a large rectangular type of bathroom. The sink which sat in the left corner of the room, adjacent to the open shower stall, was just a simple basin. No cabinet under the sink and no real shelf space to place toothpaste type items securely. No towel bars near sink. One towel bar was positioned above the toilet paper and tissue dispensers next to the toilet which was in the opposite corner from the sink. Another towel bar was behind and to the right of the toilet, between the toilet and open shower stall. There was a small 3 shelf stand, sitting between the toilet and open shower stall, the kind you use in a bathroom to store your extra towels, however the shelves on the stand were not solid and when placing small items on it, they fell to the floor. The water source for the portable shower hose in the shower came out from the center of the back shower wall and then the shower nozzle was dragged to the front wall of the shower and mounted there. You had to move around the dangling shower hose while showering. Obviously, it was not a woman who designed this bathroom. I would not stay here again.
