The room was nice

The manager called us after leaving a complaint that all the hot water was out. She offered 25,000 points for choice and I made an account for her to load them on. She only loaded 10k, called back and emailed 4 times and never responded back. Dont tell me you are going to compensate in a certain way and then dont

Very comfortable and clean! Super friendly staff. I liked that they don't clean your room every day unless requested, which is more eco-friendly.

The beds were comfortable and they served breakfast.

The general manager was rude. The location of the hotel wasn’t good and the rooms are outdated, don’t trust the pictures.

This is hard. Umm coffee in the lobby at all times. The linens were not stained. Thats about it, it was hard to find good things. Oh In and Out was next door, thats good.

We booked one of the two in suite hot tub rooms in the hotel. We arrive get things in place and go to use the hottub, first there is luke warm water, not hot. Then the jets do not work. We ask the front desk to move they say the other suite the TV doesn't work. There is dollar tree white tape running from the hottub to the tv covering an extension cord. the bathroom smells of bug spray. Horrible!

Parkplätze waren reichlich vor der Tür. Ebenso ein in-N-Out Burger gleich nebenan. Zur Outlet Mall war es ein Katzensprung und zum Strand 10minuten zu Fuss.

"Just needed a good night's sleep and a warm shower before continuing my travels, got neither."

The breakfast was good, staff actually made my waffle and delivered it to me. There was no juice.

Too much street noise. Got less than 4 hours of sleep, wi-fi not working. Worst of all, no hot water. Could not take a shower, water temperature was like a cold plunge. Told front desk attendant when checking out, all she could say was sorry.
