The staff is so kind. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great, very easy to go to the train station.

It should offer more fresh fruits and some nuts. No salad fruit, no bananas. Those oranges as they were cut are not attractive to eat at all. It's not easy to handle them to eat. Then, only melon and defrosted red fruits.

Location was great near the train and tram station. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Food was good in the bar and grill.

In the bathroon the sink had a large crack

Passei um dia sem arrumação do quarto, apesar de ter colocado o pedido na porta. Cheguei tarde da noite e meu quarto estava exatamente como deixei ao sair.

El desayuno muy variado y de calidad. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de la estacion de tren y de paradas de tranvia, lo que facilita enormemente el transporte. Habitaciones limpias y cama comoda.

I always stay here when working convention at Motorpoint, just a shirt distance away and opposite the train station, facilities are always clean and tidy with spacious rooms. Staff are always pleasant and lovely

At the time of my stay there was work on the hotel, scaffolding and building work started at 7:45am in the morning I didn’t have to leave till 11 I was really hoping for a lay in but the singing builders and clanging of scaffold tubes did pay heed to that, understandable the work does need to be done but at that time with guests really put a dampener on the stay and I was just tried all day, for the price for the night either rooms need to be allocated away form the building work or building work needs to start later
