"Venue good for access to all you need not impressed with staff"

Near to the station and arena

In arrival a bus load of people had arrived to book in which was fair enough we we amongst the queue As it came to our turn the receptionist said ‘ could you stand to the side so I can book the people in behind you who are in a large group first ‘ I was quite astounded I mean how long would it have taken to just give us a room key and I had already booked in on line anyway I usually book the premier inn but thought I would book here for a ‘more luxury’ experience so I was disappointed to experience this

"Great weekend stopover"

Convenient for the station and trams into the city centre. Great view from my 10th floor room. Reasonable choice at breakfast.

Little storage space in room. Shower was over bath rather than walk-in.
