I appreciated that you could order off the menu for breakfast. The rooms were very private, which was nice. The resort offers daily activities that you can participate in. The staff are extremely friendly.

The resort is a little remote so prepare to come and relax, or perhaps consider renting a vehicle. Furniture in the room and the patio could be a bit more comfortable.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, free activities. Overall was a perfect experience in Savusavu. Would definitely visit again in the future.

The breakfast was good, though the service slow. Had to remind a few times for the hot breakfast to arrive . The staff need proper training, they seem to be doing the best they can without adequate training . One person I found refreshingly accomodating and cleaned the room really well was , the housekeeping staff Sala. She has a very sweet disposition, and was extremely helpful.

Hygiene of the bathroom . Needs serious uplift and proper cleaning . The toilet bowel was not being cleaned , thanks to Sala , she cleaned it for us. Also the entire resort is tiled , which can be tricky in the rainy season . They also need to revamp their menu , as the food we did not find to the standard

Large enough house for all of us to stay together (river villa). The activity shed staff are super fun and make the best of what they’ve got.

Tired and overpriced. - The golf course, pool slide and tennis courts are not well enough maintained to use - slide has cracks that rip skin and swimwear, golf tees and greens and overgrown, tennis courts are cracked, pool is damaged. Golf clubs for use are at least 30 years old. - The full kitchen has no pots, pans, utensils etc so cannot be used. - The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked. The quality of the fruit was low for the location and season. - Meals at the main restaurant must be pre-booked half a day in advance. We didn’t know what we might want to eat and when so this was annoying for us. - The sandbar kitchen closes at 730pm and the bar at 8pm. (Regardless every day we were provided with an activity schedule that said dining at the sandbar 7-9pm!) - Every tour was priced at over f$100 per person. Absolutely get a rental car or your own driver if there are a few of you and do your own exploring for half the cost.
