Very comfortable rooms and beds. Great breakfast. Beautiful location and some great snorkeling nearby.

Dinner food and cocktails pricey considering the plastic glasses and disposable cutlery. Would benefit the vibe for staff to back off a touch. Resort living though.

Very clean and tidy property, rooms in quiet location, lovely spa with great massages. Cute cultural show.

Ongoing construction at the pool area, constant sounds of power tools and workers yelling back and forth to each other, resort could care less that there were guests trying to enjoy the pool area. I paid and traveled to sit in a construction site. Kept hearing about how they were fixing things before the owners arrived from Colorado. Shameful. Not enough pool/beach towels, often not available. Pathetic nickel and dime-ing over breakfast items and coffees that were not even barista quality. Dinner service was incredibly disorganized with timing and food quality/consistency. Our family, staying in two separate rooms, ate at the same table at the same time but were served our meals 30 minutes apart, and identical dishes ordered were completely different. Evening fruit plate was outrageously expensive for a single slice of pawpaw and a few grapes. Absolutely shockingly subpar, and staff could not care less. Primary concern was to get your signature constantly on their little bar and coffee charges, always interrupting and nagging like mosquitoes. Not at all relaxing. As a result, we left the resort at mealtimes to find better dinners in town. Staff pleasant but not well trained.

Spacious rooms. Beautiful garden setting. Sand Bar and pool areas were relaxing. Friendly staff. Fabulous Kids Club. Comfortable bed and beautiful linen.

The stairs in our villa needed to be cleaned in the corners with a toothbrush 🫣 The air conditioning unit was making a loud noise outside! The kitchen was not well equipped, not enough glasses, plates, cutlery and no bottle opener in room

Had a great stay overall in a floating bure really enjoyed my stay. The marine life especially at night is impressive. Stayed in FB1 which faces out the inlet. Experiencing the tide changes and just sitting on the deck was great. The adults only pool and ocean access at low tide was good if you just want to walk out in the water. My traditional massage with Gill (Jill) is my new number one massage ever. I had the traditional Fijian one. The hospitality staff were lovely and accommodating the highlight was the lovo night with the visiting villagers putting on that traditional experience I'm sure most people imagine in their heads. The farewell song was lovely to wrap up a great trip to Savusavu. To Wayne and all the staff thank you.

Most staff were extremely friendly.. Nice accommodations. Very small resort, and very quiet.

I was not happy staying at the location, they don’t pay any attention to me since I am Fiji Indian.

I love the energy in Savusavu. This is a super Kool place and the chill staff make the experience unforgettable The pool next to the ocean and the lagoon and the food n bar service make this place one of a kind. I have never sat in a pool area and experience so much peace. I will be back. Thanks Maria for all your assistance.
