Althogh a bit dated, but excellent location with a great breakfast, very helpful staff

We have booked triple room and they gave us double room. When we mentioned it to them they said: this is not their problem? no one was helpful. i has to sleep on the floor? The hotel wasn't clean and the photos in Expedia don't match the reality conditions of hotel at all.

We booked this hotel for one night , It has a very convenient parking garage in the basement of the Hotel with access by lift to the reception. The Hotel was in a great location,the staff were friendly and helpful, The rooms are very clean, bright,spacious and nicely furnished,,quite and with super comfortable beds.In the morning breakfast is served in a lovely bright breakfas room looking into a garden. The breakfast is absolutely superb,with everything you can imagen on the buffy, tastebudds goes wild and diet goes down the drain.It equaled to any five star property and we were looked after by immaculate service..I would be hard pushed to find anything negative t say about this hotel,,,perhaps i would mention that the lobby aerea does'nt have the ambiance of a luxury hotel, but for the price you can hardly expect this...All the posetive aspects makes up for this by far ! ,This hotel was fantastic value for money,.. Highly recommend this hotel

I stayed here for 2 nights. It was a nice hotel, seemed a bit old though. The first day, WIFI was awful, but that changed the second day. WIFI was great the second day. The quality of towels provided were poor. The quality of toiletries provided was just okay. Breakfast was great. My room was clean and spacious. It had AC too, which helped me have a peaceful sleep while it was really hot outside. The staff was friendly. The hotel was at a good location, a lot of places to see and eat nearby. Room price was reasonable. I have stayed in better hotels at the same price, but nevertheless, nothing to complain here. Happy and satisfied overall!

Über Sauberkeit und Service gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück war super! Nur bei den Zimmern zur Straße ist der Lärmpegel sehr hoch.

Für Leute die mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist das nix, da die Gegend, vor allem abends und am Wochenende wegen den vielen Party und Restaurantbesuchern doch recht laut ist. Parkplätze sind ja auch wie in der City üblich Mangelware. Das hotel bietet zwar eine tiefgarage aber diese kann man nur mit org.Fahrzeugen befahren, also nix für tiefergelegte Autos. Ausserdem finde ich 9,50€ pro Nacht schon recht teuer.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat auch eine Parkgarage. Das Frühstück war gut und der Service freundlich. Das wars dann aber auch schon mit dem Positiven. Die Zimmer und Flure sind eine Zeitreise zurück in die Siebziger und leider müffelt es auf den Fluren und auch im Zimmer sehr stark, trotz ständig geöffneten Fenstern. Ich komme definitiv nicht wieder.

Hotel in fantastica posizione al centro di Karlsruhe. La struttura è un po' datata però decisamente pulita e arredata in modo sobrio ma con mobili nuovi e funzionali. Letto comodo e zona silenziosa. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e variegata, come spesso all'estero caffè e cappuccino tanto amati da noi italiani è meglio lasciarli stare e scegliere altro.
